2. Products and Availability
We specialize in 3D printing filament, consumables, adhesives, and filters. Product information, images, and prices are published in good faith and updated regularly. While we strive to keep stock availability accurate, it may not always reflect real-time inventory. In the event of an out-of-stock item or supply issue, we will inform you promptly and suggest alternatives or a refund.
3. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include Estonian VAT (unless otherwise stated).
- For business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be deducted at checkout in accordance with reverse charge rules.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed only via https://filament.ee
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The contract becomes binding once we have received your full payment and confirmed the order.
5. Payment Terms
Currently, we accept only SEPA bank transfers.
- Payment instructions will be provided after checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Orders must be paid within 5 business days.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship orders to Estonia and selected EU countries.
- Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery times depend on destination and courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of accepted return.

8. Warranty and Defects
- We sell new products unless otherwise noted.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will replace or refund the item as required.
9. Limitation of Liability

- Damages caused by incorrect installation or misuse of products.
- Delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
