Returns
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or specially ordered items.
- Opened packages of filament (unless defective).
- Items that show signs of use or installation.
Important: Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@filament.ee with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our return approval and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or reject the return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
