PLA Matte filament is a modified PLA (Polylactic Acid) formulated with special additives to create a non-glossy, matte surface finish with reduced light reflection. It combines the easy printability of standard PLA with a clean, professional-looking surface, making it ideal for decorative prints, display models, and parts where appearance is more important than maximum mechanical strength.

Compared to standard PLA, PLA Matte offers a slightly lower tensile strength but provides excellent surface quality, effectively hiding layer lines. It is well suited for artistic projects, visual prototypes, gifts, and presentation models.

Recommended Printing Settings

• Drying Settings (if needed): 40-45 °C for 3-4 hours
• Printing and Storage: Store sealed, with desiccant; humidity < 50% RH
• Nozzle Temperature: 190-220 °C
• Bed Temperature: 50-70 °C (with or without glue stick/tape)
• Printing Speed: 30-80 mm/s (slower for best surface finish)
