Professional Lab TPU Filament for Flexible 3D Printing
Professional Lab TPU filament is a flexible and durable 3D printing filament designed for functional parts that require elasticity, impact resistance and reliable layer adhesion.
With a Shore hardness of 95A, this TPU material is suitable for printing rubber-like parts that can bend, stretch and return to their original shape.
This TPU filament is ideal for users who need strong, flexible and wear-resistant prints for both hobby and professional applications.
It offers smooth extrusion, good bed adhesion and excellent durability, making it a reliable choice for FDM/FFF 3D printers compatible with flexible filaments.
Key Features
- Flexible and elastic material – ideal for parts that need to bend, stretch or absorb vibration without breaking.
- High tear resistance – suitable for durable parts exposed to pulling, bending and repeated mechanical stress.
- Excellent elongation – elongation at break up to 536%, making it suitable for flexible and rubber-like applications.
- Good impact resistance – notched IZOD impact result is listed as non-destructive in the technical datasheet.
- Good chemical and abrasion resistance – suitable for functional parts exposed to everyday wear, oils, grease and handling.
- Smooth and stable printing – optimized for consistent filament flow, good surface quality and reliable layer adhesion.

Drying and Storage
TPU filament is hygroscopic, which means it absorbs moisture from the air.
For best results, dry the filament before printing, especially if it has been stored in a humid environment.
Moist TPU can cause stringing, uneven extrusion, poor layer adhesion and rough surface quality.
Recommended drying: 60°C for approximately 1 hour using a dedicated filament dryer.
Store unused filament in an airtight bag or container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Printer Compatibility Notes
Before printing with TPU, make sure your 3D printer is suitable for flexible filament.
Direct drive extruders usually print TPU more easily, while Bowden systems may require slower print speeds and careful retraction tuning.
For best results, keep the filament path clean, short and well-guided.
Important Notes
The values listed above are typical reference values and may vary depending on print settings, model design, environment and printer configuration.
Always use the parameters shown on the spool as the primary reference.
