SILK PLA filament is a modified PLA (Polylactic Acid) that contains special additives to create a glossy, silky surface finish.
It combines the easy printability of PLA with a glossy, smooth finish, making it ideal for decorative prints and display models where appearance matters most.
While slightly less strong than standard PLA, SILK PLA is perfect for artistic projects, prototypes, gifts, and visual models.

Recommended Printing Settings

• Drying Settings (if needed): 40-45 °C for 3-4 hours
• Printing and Storage: Store sealed, with desiccant; humidity < 50% RH
• Nozzle Temperature: 200-230 °C
• Bed Temperature: 40-60 °C (with or without glue stick/tape)
• Printing Speed: 30-80 mm/s (slower for best surface finish)
